Ahh~~ Last week sucks.
Reason 1. Test. Why? Its on Saturday and Sunday.. Make you have no weekends to party
[How other ppl study...]
[How we all study.. In front of the comp..]
Reason 2. Test. Calculus and Physics le!! Physics were damn hard... The most tulan question was: A car moving at an initial velocity of 5m/s with constant acceleration of 3m/s^2 is behind a truck by 120m where as the truck moves at an initial velocity of 3m/s and an constant acceleration of 2m/s^2.
a) Find the time to which the car collides with the truck..
b) [Roughly the same type of question..]
Ok.. Its hard because there are 4 question like this and you only have like an hour and a half to answer these questions and you still got 6 questions to go..
Diu~
Reason 3. Ah!!! Forgot all those formulas le!!
Diu~
Haiz...
At least did something fun le...
1. Celebrated someone's birthday. Who?? He-he.. Someone from my class lo..
[cake...]
[Birhtday cake...]
2. Went to KLCC and view the side where there's almost no people...
[Huh say! No ppl eh ar..]
3. Had fun eating pork!!!
4. Missed class on personal matter so that I din't have to wear formal for Monday..
Haiz... This week still got exams... And I still donno what to do or where to go during my one week holiday..

PIKOM PC Fair-August 2006 at KL Convention Centre
Hah... Finally, a PC fair in KL...
The place where all things new ( CPUs, Graphics Card, Sound Systems ) and old ( Ciplak Printers, cameras and some other stuff ) are sold to the consumers. ( In most part not a technophile like me...)
[Out-dated Printers, cartridges and so much more...]
Ah.. The new stuff... ( I've read about the reviews about them a month ago, that is when they were just launched..) In particular, The new Intel Core 2 Duo.
Yep! There is a booth 'show-cassing' the new AMD-FX killer.
And the idiots 'show-cassing' the new and improved Dual Core CPU from Intel are about as knowlegdable as a customer [ Don't know what a CPU is and never even open the desktop to have a look inside it ] that just ask a few questions about something that they dont even know.
Yeah. They suck ass
They don't even know the benchmarks and performance of the CPU.
And week-assed people that just want people to know that they went to the ICT Fair just queue up to 'test' the CPU by filling in the form.. Dumb-asses...
Sianz.. How come there isn't at least one salesperson that is smart enough and is also an enthusiast that is at least a little more informed about the products than I am?? Useless PC fair...
Ok..
Back to the PC fair..
It's held at KLCC, which is next to KLCC.. Stupid ain't it? Giving the same abbreviation for two seperate buildings...
Imagine this happening... [where A is meeting B in KLCC and they are now on the phone..]
A: Hello? Where you now ar?? I didn't see you le??
B: At KLCC la.. Where you now?? I thought that we were supposed to meet up at the entrance??
A: Yeah la! I'm at the enterance le... The one overlooking the park..
B: Yeah la.. I standing at the entrance that has the park in front of me..
A: Cheebye... How come didn't see you le??
B: I think I go back in la.. Here so hot.. Buy some deodorant from Watsons first.. [waited for a long time]
A: Huh??!! Watsons??? You at Suria KLCC ar?
B: Abuden??!!
Well, you can say that ICT fairs are the new motorshows.. Why?? Booth Ladies!!! Too bad I didn't take photos of them cause I don't have a DSLR to play ' I'm with NST/Nanyang Siang Pau/ or whatever '
Now for the booths that are very impressive in size and display...
[Some back-shoots of the Booth Ladies and the Back-drop that changes colors like a mood ring..]
[Sony's booth got two levels.. Go up is you got a credit card.. ]
[Acer (Don't know why I took a photo of that booth... ) ]
Well, the booth that I liked best was ASUS.. They got their motherboards displayed like wall paintings ( Which are indeed true to technophiles ) and even a CPU that makes almost zero noise... Too bad I didn't take any picture of it.. Hahaz...
Well, my housemate works there so ain't got time for taking photos and stuff...
Other than booth girls, there is another way to 'invite' guys to your booth.. That is show-cassing the head-shakers.. that are Speakers, subs and heart-thumping music..
.
...
.....
........
There are 3 main halls that resembles an expo and 4 halls that looks like a fluorecent lighted pasar malam.. Wait.. It was even worse than a pasar malam.. -.-'' Some many people and the promoters were like pulling you to your booth if not giving you fliers like you are a demon and in need of talisments sticked on to you...
[Walked for too long with out any lunch prior to marathon...
Anyway? What did I bought??
[ The only things that you CAN buy in a PC fair.. It's not like you're gonna buy a laptop there... Unless you've got a credit card and a permanent head damage..]
