Merdeka, 油起价...

Lolx.. Just back from countdown at Genting...

No, there's wasn't a jam on the way over to the mountain top resort, yet... Finding parking is the pain in the ass... I think we wasted about an hour just to get around to find a proper parking place.


In the end, it was somewhere near the bus terminal, very far away from the Highland Hotel...


Peter, Siaw and his gf, YH, and KH went up the hill too...



Partly yes, there's was traffic, just human traffic. If you know the feeling of getting squeeze on KTM or LRT or Monorail, that's what you get when trying to leave the building so that you can look at the fireworks outside...


The fireworks are nice though, just that they are too close for comfort... Some residue got into my eyes, and my friends'.

The Week...

Well, as in the previous post, I got pwn! by the SA 2 lecturer, my Soil Mech 1 is ok and today's C programing quiz was easy-peasy..



All that's left are Wastewater and C prog test. Anyway, was it just me or do you feel that there's not much of a national day mood this year? Probably its due to the fact that the economy isn't as good as it used to be, or that we just don't like our politicians to give a rats ass, hence we don't wanna buy into their crap. Oh well, happy pre-merdeka.. To me, now... As a student its just a public holiday where we try to be patriotic, for once a year...

Ok, finally... the serious stuff...


Najib the PM??? Crap... No wonder it rained yesterday evening in KL...


I went to Lowyat yesterday to get an external hard disk. Parked at Times Square.





and the weather was fine. Sunny, a little bit cloudy at around 3pm.


Just when I was about to leave at 5pm, it poured after a few minutes I left the parking lot.




And it poured...





And now I wonder... Is this a sign that Malaysia is crying since the new PM is Najib??


Hmmm... How many months till the nation slide down a hill???
