That's what happened that night, while we were waiting at the side of the stage, my arms, primed on a post next to me for bulb mode, and... NOTHING!

Well, got to the stage instead, and did gig shooting. All using the 18-105mm, and forgive the flare in some of the pics, since its foggy, don't want my front element to be naked.

[4. ISO 200, f/3.5, 1/100s @18mm. Fog is not doing well for lighting]
[5. The wind was actually blowing very strongly. Cold and windy, ISO800, 105mm 1/25s f/5.6 for bokehlicous results]

[7. ISO 200 at 18mm, f/8 and 0.625s shutter. ]

[9. ISO 200 at 18mm, 1/4s shutter.. That's a lot of people...]
[10. The stage is so bright, you'll just need either ISO 200 or 400, set your matrix metering to -1.0 EV and in P mode, just shoot and forget.]

[27. This is an interesting shot, cause its sorta a long exposure, 1/1.3s. and everything except for the kid and the camera tripod seems in focus. Perhaps I've pan my camera as much as the tripod, to fake a tilt shift... ]
